Hey, I'm Josiah, the guy behind the lens.

Beltre Media started as a way to capture the moments and people around me, and turned into something bigger: a business built on making people look and feel like the best version of themselves, whether that's in front of a camera for a headshot, or in the middle of a live event.

I shoot founder sessions, professional headshots, and community events, and I bring the same energy to all of it: clean, intentional, and personal. No stiff, cookie-cutter shoots, just genuine photos and video that actually feel like you.

Outside of Beltre Media, I'm big on community, Building it, growing it, showing up for it. That's part of why I love this work. Every shoot is a chance to connect with people and help them show up as their best selves, whether that's for their next job, their brand, or just because.
